Step 1 - Choose Your Ingredients
You will have the opportunity to choose from a base tea or to start from scratch. If you start from scratch, we recommend you choose at least one tea or tisane, such as: organic green tea or organic rooibos. This will act as your base tea and will make up the majority of your blend.
After you have chosen either a base tea or a tea/tisane you can choose from other ingredients, such as; herbs, spices, fruits and flowers.
Step 2 - Choose Your Liquid Ingredients
If you are looking to have a strong flavour in your tea of a specific ingredient, you will need to add a liquid. For example, you may want a Chai tea blend with a strong cinnamon flavour, or a Tropical Green Tea blend with a strong Papaya flavour.
Step 3 - Pesonalize Your Blend
Now that you have blended your own tea, you will want to name it and possibly give it a description. Since you won’t have tasted your new tea yet, you may want to use this space to write a special message to a friend or describe how you might feel when drinking this perfect blend.
Step 4 - Purchase Your Blend
You can order your tea in two sizes; 250 g and 500 g.
Assuming 2.5 g per serving or 1 flat teaspoon per 8 oz of hot water, you can expect to get approximately 100 cups of tea from the 250 g bag and approximately 200 cups of tea from the 500 g bag.
Step 5 - Enjoy Your Tea at Home
Within two weeks you will have received your very own custom tea blend.
